What started years ago through wellness education, recipe sharing, local meetups, and healthy living challenges has evolved into a growing plant-based community centered around connection, encouragement, and practical support.

This community is led by Elizabeth Fiorentino Williams and her sister Deanna Smith, and welcomes people from Chapel Hill and beyond who are interested in healthier living, whole-food plant-based eating, sustainability, and meaningful connection.
